Orders that are placed on Friday will not start processing until the next business day. All Priority, Standard, and Free Standard shipping orders require 1-4 business days to process prior to shipping. The Estimated Delivery window begins once your order has finished processing. You will receive an email containing shipping confirmation and a tracking number once your order is processed. Please give USPS 1 business day to update tracking information.

Please confirm your address and all of your information before submitting your order at checkout. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure all information that is entered is correct, it is not Stella Maris responsibility if an order is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. Orders can not be modified, changed or canceled once checkout is complete.

If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
