Refund policy

Stella Maris Boutique gladly accepts returns within 14 days of fulfillment for store credit only. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received them in. All items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, undamaged and have tags attached. All Sale Items are not eligible for returns. Coupons and discount codes are allocated across all applicable items, If you applied a coupon or discount code on the order you're returning, you'll be refunded the amount that you paid after the applied discount. Customers are in charge of shipping back the item, Stella Maris Boutique does not provide return labels or pay for return shipping. To begin your return please contact Hello@StellaMarisBoutique.com.

Please allow up to 10 business days from the date we receive your item(s) back for your return to be processed. Once your return has been completed you will receive a confirmation email with your E-Gift card. Store credit is calculated automatically to reflect discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. This does not include the shipping charges paid on the order. 

Defective Items:
If you have received a defective item, please contact Hello@stellamarisboutique.com within 3 days of your delivery to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within three days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care, handling or incorrect sizing.
The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
